Once you purchase a VIP Block, you’ll select a date from our calendar where you can be loosely available / have close access to your email. On your selected block, we’ll be actively working on your project in real time. We ask that you’re available for: • A short kickoff or strategy call (if needed) • Quick feedback and approvals • Answering any questions that come up during implementation This allows us to move quickly and complete as much as possible within your dedicated time block.

Before your scheduled block, you’ll complete an input form where you can: ✓ Share your requests and priorities ✓ Provide copy, links, and content updates ✓ Upload images or assets ✓ Flag anything that needs strategy or clarification The more prepared your input is, the more we can accomplish during your VIP block. If we are lacking any vital information to implement your requests, you may be required to reschedule your VIP block until we have all of the required information.

If your submission includes everything we need, our team will begin implementing right away on your scheduled day. If additional clarity or direction is needed, we’ll start with a short strategy session to align on decisions before moving into implementation. From there, our team will: ✓ Work through your requested updates ✓ Share progress as we go ✓ Request quick approvals when needed You'll be required to: ✓ Provide quick feedback and approvals ✓ Answer any questions that come up during implementation This real-time collaboration allows us to complete updates efficiently and accurately.

You don’t need to be on a call with us during the entire duration, but you should be available to respond to messages, review updates, and provide approvals throughout your scheduled block. This ensures we can keep momentum and avoid delays.

Yes — we understand that schedules can shift. We ask that any rescheduling requests are made with adequate notice so we can accommodate your new preferred date. Details around rescheduling timelines will be provided upon booking.
