Caroline had previously DIYed her Brand & Website Design, but after a few shifts in her business, she was no longer feeling that her brand image represented the changes she had made to her business. She came to us when she was feeling ready to reinvent her business and uplevel the way she offers services. We crafted an in-depth Brand Strategy Presentation which she can use for years to come as a tool for consistency in the way she shows up in her brand. We crafted some internal documents so that she can share her package offerings and onboard new clients in style. And we worked together on an update website design style that clearly guides her user to her offering.
