Scheduling an Appointment in Dubsado 3.0

Dubsado lets you schedule appointments or events directly inside a client’s project - ideal when you’ve already discussed and confirmed the meeting details outside the platform.
Booking on a client’s behalf will also trigger the Appointment Confirmation Email tied to your Scheduler Template, keeping communication automated and consistent.
To book an appointment for a client:
→ Navigate to Projects on the left sidebar
→ Select your Client from the list

→ Click into the Events tab inside their project
→ Click + Add Scheduler


→ Use the Dropdown Menu to select your scheduler
→ Click Book for Client
→ Click Continue
This opens the scheduler exactly as your client would see it.
To complete the booking:
→ Select the agreed Date
→ Select the Time

You’ll then see the appointment confirmation screen - this is normal. The copy here will reflect client-facing wording, just as it would if a client booked directly - no need for concern.

Once the appointment is booked, your Confirmation Email will automatically send based on the scheduler settings.
