Your Pre-Questionnaire gives our team the information we need to prepare for your VIP Intensive and make the best possible use of your dedicated project time.

DURING YOUR VIP INTENSIVE

You're not required to spend your VIP Intensive on a call with us. While our team is working, we simply ask that you remain reasonably available via email so we can keep things moving efficiently.

Throughout your session, we may reach out for:

✓ Authentication codes or platform access

✓ Small tasks that need to be completed on your end

Quick responses help us maintain momentum and make the most of your dedicated VIP time.

MAKING THE MOST OF YOUR TIME

Your VIP Intensive reserves a dedicated block of strategy and implementation time rather than guaranteeing completion of a specific number of tasks.

We'll work through your requests in priority order, beginning with the items you've identified as most important. Missing content, access, approvals, or delayed feedback may impact what we're able to complete within your reserved time.

A FEW FINAL DETAILS

Before submitting your questionnaire, please take a moment to review the following:

✓ Your Pre-Questionnaire must be submitted at least 48 hours before your scheduled session so we have time to review and prepare

✓ Your VIP Intensive is non-refundable, as a dedicated time block has been reserved exclusively for you

✓ Rescheduling requires at least 48 hours' notice

✓ Your VIP Intensive may be rescheduled once and must take place within 30 days of your original booking date
