How to Connect Instagram to Wix

If you have opted to display your Instagram feed on your website, please access the back end of your site and connect your account. If you have not opted to display your Instagram feed on your website, please disregard this module.

HERE ARE THE STEPS YOU'LL TAKE:

1. From your Wix Dashboard, click the little arrow next to "Edit Site" and select "Full Mode" from the list of editor options.

   

2. From the Full-Mode Editor, click the "Pages" Icon to navigate to the page where your IG widget lives. If your IG widget has been added to a global section, such as your Footer, you can access it via any page of your site.

Once you've located your IG widget, click on it as many times as needed until you see the blue "Instagram Feed" label, and see the "Settings" box pop up.

3. Once you've clicked "Settings" you'll see this box pop up. Use the relevant login buttons below (based on the account type you have) to connect to your Instagram.

Q: How do I know if my Instagram account is personal or business?

A: Open Instagram app -> Menu -> Settings. Keep in mind that the location and appearance of Instagram settings may vary slightly depending on your device and operating system. Select "Account type and tools".
