After your sales call with your prospective client, you'll need to manually push through your Proposal to them. This will give you the opportunity to make sure any adjustments have been made to your package, as per your discussion with this prospective client.
Important things to remember when editing your proposal:
Does the package price match what you discussed with your prospective client?
Is the correct tax amount applied?
Did you click "Apply" to be sure that any changes you made have actually saved?
Have you modified the proposal as necessary to ensure only the package(s) that apply to what you discussed with your prospective client are present?

Step 1: Click on the "Projects" tab in the left sidebar
Step 2: Select your prospective client's name from the list (you can likely find them in the "Leads" tab
Step 3: IF you need to make any edits to your Package Proposal, you may do so on the forms tab
Step 4: If you don't need to make any edits, OR, once you've finished editing your Package Proposal, you can click into the "Workflows" tab and click "Approve" under the corresponding workflow step
