How to Export Registrant List from Zoom

It's important to note that this can be done via the Web App on your browser, and NOT via the Desktop App.



Steps to follow:

  1. Click the dropdown arrow next to Analytics & Reports on the left sidebar

  2. Select Meetings & Webinars from the options

  3. Adjust the date range as needed to locate your past meeting, and once you've found your desired meeting, click the dropdown arrow next to the Generate button.

  4. Select All Registrants

  5. Click to Export
