How to Include Yourself in All Outgoing Emails from Dubsado

Did you know that Dubsado gives you the option to be cc'd on each email that gets sent out via the platform? This can be a great option when you're just getting used to new workflow automations, or if you're managing a team and need to be aware of all outward correspondence.

Once you've uploaded your new PDF File to Dubsado, follow these steps to switch it out on your Workflow

Step 1: Click on the "Settings" gear icon

Step 2: Select "Login Settings" from the list

Step 3: Toggle "on" the settings to be BCC'd in all outgoing emails

Note: If you have previously turned on your Tracking Pixel (can be found in Settings > Email), it's important to note that opening your BCC'd copy will mark the email as "read" in Dubsado
