How to Manually Add a Client in Dubsado 3.0

Dubsado allows you to manually create a client and then create a project for them, but we suggest a faster method that keeps your workflows consistent. By completing the Lead Capture Form on behalf of your new lead, Dubsado will instantly generate the client + project together and apply the connected workflow automatically.

To retrieve the Lead Capture Form link for sharing:

→ Start by navigating to the Forms tab on the left sidebar

→ Ensure you're clicked into Form Templates

→ Locate the Lead Capture Form and click Edit

→ Click Sharing at the top of the form builder

→ Copy the Sharable URL

To submit the form on a lead’s behalf:

→ Paste the Sharable URL into your browser

→ Complete the form using your lead’s details

→ Click Submit to simultaneously:

→ Create the Client

→ Create the Project

→ Apply a Flow (if an automated Flow has been connected to this Lead Capture)
