Recurring Invoices can be such a beautiful thing to introduce into your business if you are working with monthly retainer clients or any client that has an indefinite end date.
We do not recommend using Recurring Invoices in place of a payment plan of 2 - 4 payments, as we believe that applying an already created payment plan is much more efficient.
If you offer lengthy Payment Plans that span over long periods of time (say 6 or 12 months) then Recurring Invoices could be an option for you. In this instance, you choose between using a Payment Plan (if you want more control over the payment amount and due dates), or using a Recurring Invoice (if you're happy to receive payment in the same amount on the timeframe that you've created).
