Now that your domain is set up, the next step toward building a polished and professional online presence is creating a domain-based email address
— for example: yourname@yourwebsite.com.
If you haven’t purchased your email inbox yet, no worries — start with this guide that walks you through buying a business email through Wix + Google Workspace:
Once your inbox is purchased and ready, come back here.
In this post, we’ll walk through how to access your new inbox, configure your settings, and start sending/receiving emails from your professional domain — so everything feels seamless, branded, and ready to use.
Let’s get your new email up and running! ✉️💻
Start by navigating to your Business Email settings. You can simply type "Business Email" into your search bar and select it from the dropdown list.

If you've correctly purchased an inbox license, you should see something that looks like the screenshot below. Click "Go to Google" to begin your inbox setup.

You'll immediately be taken to a screen where you can review and consent to the terms of your google account.

Next you'll be taken to review Google Workspace's Terms of Service, as well as the Reseller (in this instance it's Wix) Terms and Access.
Click "Accept Terms of Service" after reviewing in order to contine.

Upon accepting the Terms of Service, you'll be redirected to your Google Admin Console.
Here you'll have some clear steps that you can take to contine your setup.
Your first step will be to verify that you own your domain. Simply click "Verify" to begin completing this step.

Begin Domain Setup - click "Get started"

Select your Domain Host - Wix will be selected by default, so you won't need to modify anything here. Simply click "Continue"

Add Verification Code
Start by clicking the 'copy' icon next to the 'Value' provided
Then click "Go to Wix" - This will take you to your Wix Dashboard.

From your Wix Dashboard, navigate to your Domains page. You can simply type "Domains" into your search bar and select it from the dropdown list.
Click the 3 dots next to your domain, and select "Manage DNS Records" from the list of options.

Within your DNS Records, scroll until you see TXT (Text).

Click "+ Add Record"
Paste in the Value that you copied from the "Add verification code" page on Google
Click "Save"
Navigate back to the "Add verifcation code" page to confirm that you've completed this step

After you've pasted and saved the TXT record within your Wix DNS settings, navigate back to the Add verification code page on Google, and check that you've updated the code, and click "Confirm" to complete the verification process.
If you've correctly input the TXT record, you should see a success screen like the one pictured below. This confirmed that your domain is verified, and your inbox is ready to use.

Once you've successfully completed the following steps, you can simply open gmail.com in your browser (or download the GMail app on your mobile phone) and use your new login credentials to access your new inbox.
