How to Copy Your Availability from Another Scheduler in Dubsado 3.0

If you’ve already set up your availability inside Dubsado, there’s a quick way to save time by copying it from another scheduler instead of rebuilding everything manually.

This is especially helpful if you’re transitioning from tools like Calendly or another booking platform and want to keep your existing schedule consistent.

Once that’s in place, you can follow the steps below to copy your availability over in just a few clicks.

Step 1: Select 'Events' from the left sidebar

Step 2: Select 'Scheduler Templates'

Step 3: Click on the scheduler you'd like to update

Step 4: Scroll to locate the 'Availability' section and click to expand

Step 5: Click 'Copy from another scheduler'

You'll see a window like this pop up. Simply select the existing scheduler template in which you'd like to copy the availability settings, then click 'Apply'

And that’s it—your availability is now synced and ready to go, without having to rebuild your schedule from scratch.
