How to Manually Add a Client to Dubsado

Your client-facing process will always begin with an interested lead filling out your Lead Capture form. This is what puts them on your automated Dubsado Workflow.


But in the instance that you may meet a prospective client in person, and organize a sales call organically, then you'll want to enter your client into your Dubsado CRM manually so that they don't need to bother with completing your Form (assuming that you've already pre-qualified them by asking similar questions to your Lead Capture Form.


Here are the steps you'll take:

1) Start by clicking the "Projects" tab from the left sidebar

2) Click "New Project"

3) Title your new project and click "Create New Client"

4) Once you've saved the Client details and Project details, your new Project will appear

5) Click on the "Workflows" tab and select your Workflow of choice from the dropdown menu

6) Click "Apply" -- you workflow will begin triggering once applied to your new Client Project
