Any updates that you make to a regular Questoinnaire Template on Dubsado will be automatically updated in your Workflow, but PDF Files are a bit different since they aren't created on the Dubsado platform directly.
If your workflow includes a PDF Form, there might likely come a day when you'll need to update or replace it. Click here to see how to upload a PDF Form into Dubsado, as this will be your first step.
Once you've uploaded your new PDF File to Dubsado, follow these steps to switch it out on your Workflow
Step 1: Click on the "Templates" dropdown in the left sidebar
Step 2: Select "Workflows" from the list
Step 3: Select your desired Workflow & click the Gear icon to edit
Step 4: Click "Edit" on the Workflow Step that sends the PDF Form in question
Step 5: Using the Drop Down function on the field titled "Form Template to Send", you may select your updated form. (Keep in mind you must have already uploaded your new PDF form beforehand. Click here to learn how)
Don't forget to click "Apply" to save your changes, and consider clicking "Update Project Workflows" to make sure that your active clients have the most up-to-date version of the Workflow Template.
