How to Skip Flow Actions in Dubsado 3.0

You can skip Flow actions from the Flows tab on your dashboard, or from the Flows tab inside a client’s Project. This is helpful when a step no longer applies to this particular Client Project, but you still want the workflow to continue running.

How to skip a flow action:

→ Navigate to Flows on the dashboard and click into All Flows OR open the client’s Project and click into the project’s Flows tab

→ Locate the Flow

→ Locate the Flow Action you want to bypass

→ Click Skip & Mark Complete to bypass this step, effectively eliminating it from the Flow and keeping your overall Flow in motion.

Edits made inside a client project apply only to that client, and do not modify your global templates.
