In this tutorial, I’ll walk you through how to use Dubsado as a kind of cloud storage, so you can upload your PDF and share a direct link with anyone. It’s simple, secure, and keeps everything in one platform you’re already using.

How to Upload a PDF as a 'Form' in Dubsado

1) Head to your Dubsado Dashboard

2) Go to Templates > Forms

3) Click on the 'Upload' icon

4) You'll see the "Upload PDF" pop-up window appear, where you can click "Select PDF File" to choose a PDF file from your computer.

5) Once you've selected your file, you'll see the progress bar updating as your file is uploading.

6) Once it's finished uploading, click "Add"

How to Retrieve a PDF Form Link in Dubsado

1) Once your file is added, you'll find it under the Questionnaires section of your Form Templates. Click on the newly uploaded file, and it will open in a new browser tab.

2) From the new browser tab, you can simply copy and paste this link to share as a publicly viewable file.
