When sending out certain emails, you might want to get a little specific about WHO those emails are being sent to. For example, if you're sending out a promotional sale email, you might want to only target a certain audience of people, or you might even want to send that to your entire list, but exclude a certain segment.
Step 1: You'll begin by composing a new email as usual
Step 2: Once you've finalized your email click "Next"
Step 3: Set up who this is email coming from and then click "Continue"
Step 4: Write your Subject Line & Preview Text and click "Continue"
Step 5: Choose your Recipients by clicking "+Add Segments"
From here you'll see an area where you can Include or Exclude segments from your email.
