There are two ways to manually start a Flow in Dubsado 3.0.
Option 1: From the Dubsado Dashboard
→ Start by navigating to Flows on the left sidebar
→ Click Apply a Flow
→ Select your desired Flow from the dropdown menu
→ Select the correct Project from the project list
**The client + project must already exist in Dubsado - If the client or project hasn’t been added yet, click here to see how to manually add a client in Dubsado 3.0)
→ Click Start Flow to apply the flow immediately OR click Apply and Edit to attach the flow but pause it for editing.
**To edit a paused flow, navigate to All Flows or open the client’s Project, Click into the Flows tab to modify actions, emails, timing, or automation steps as needed. Keep in mind that these edits apply only to that individual project’s flow, not the original template.

Option 2: From Inside the Client’s Project
→ Navigate to Projects on the left sidebar
→ Select your client’s Project from the list
→ Click into the Flows tab inside their project
→ Click Start a Flow
→ Choose the correct Flow Template using the dropdown
→ Click Start Flow to activate it inside the project OR add and edit to apply the Flow, but keep it paused until you've made your desired edits (here's how you can Resume the Flow once desired edits have been made)

This method is ideal when you are already working inside the client’s file and want to apply or start a new flow directly from their project view.
Both options give you control - one starts from the dashboard, the other from inside the project - and it's important to remember that each flow will run based on its triggers, not the visual order in the builder.
