If you'd like to make changes to an automated workflow email, or if you'd like to modify any workflow actions, follow the steps listed below.
Step 1: Click on the "Templates" dropdown in the left sidebar
Step 2: Select "Workflows" from the list
Step 3: Select your desired Workflow
Step 4: Click the Gear icon to edit

Step 6: Click "Edit" on the Workflow Step that you wish to modify
Once you've opted to edit an action, a popup window like this one will appear, giving you the option to modify no only the email that sends this action, but the action details itself as well.
Each "Workflow Action" popup window will look slightly different depending on the Action that has been selected.

Select your action. In this example, we've chosen "Send Form" meaning that this will automatically send a form or questionnaire once the trigger criteria has been met. Some other possible actions include, but aren't limited to, Send Scheduler, Send Contract, Send Email, etc.
Determine when this action will be completed. You
Determine if you'd like this action to send automatically when the trigger criteria has been met, or if you'd prefer to manually click "Approve" before this workflow action gets sent to your client
Select options - this section may not be present depending on which action you've selected.
Select the Template to send. In this instance we're selecting a Form from our list of Form Templates
Configure your Email Copy. If you already have this particular email saved in your Canned Emails Template, you may select that from the list. OR you can also simply craft your Subject Line and Email Body directly on this Workflow Action Popup.
Don't forget to click "Apply" to save your changes.
After clicking "Apply" you'll be taken back to the Workflow overview screen. Consider clicking "Update Project Workflows" at the bottom of the page.
This will ensure that your active clients have the most up-to-date version of the Workflow Template applied to their project.
